Platforms like Microsoft OneDrive are ideal for shared document collaboration and version control, enabling virtual assistants to work alongside clients or team members in real-time.  N7 Virtual Solutions utilises a time-tracking app that records tasks in 15-minute intervals. At the end of each week, clients receive a comprehensive report detailing completed tasks and their Time Allocation balance. 

To cancel a monthly subscription with N7 Virtual Solutions, clients need to provide one month's written notice. The notice period commences on the day notice is given. Pay As You Go clients are not subject to a notice period for cancellation. 

For Pay As You Go (PAYG) services, clients receive an invoice before work begins. Monthly subscription payments are arranged as standing orders and collected monthly in advance on the agreed-upon date. 

Personal data is only necessary if you require specific services such as travel arrangements, restaurant bookings, or online purchases on your behalf. This data ensures the seamless delivery of services. During onboarding, clients receive a Required Information Form outlining the necessary details.
